  • Payments are accepted with Credit Cards.
  • VERY IMPORTANT - Please ensure that your e-mail and shipping addresses are updated.
  • All purchases will be subject to state tax and will be added during checkout.
  • Full payment for purchases / custom made items are due at the time of purchase.​​
  • Processing times change daily.
  • PLEASE NOTE - Pressing aids are made in the order requests are received.  PROCESSING TIME IS CURRENTLY 3-4 WEEKS however, some orders may take a little bit longer.  Please be patient as I am the sole maker of all pressing aids.  I assure you that you will receive your order!  You may contact me at anytime if you have questions.  ​
​Custom Orders 
  • Custom orders take approximately between 3-4 weeks to complete; orders may be processed sooner depending on current orders.
  • Should there be a processing delay on my end, I will notify you via e-mail.
  • Shipping is via the U.S. Postal Service with Priority Mail.  
  • Shipping times posted by the U.S. Postal Service are not guaranteed.
Shipping
Stitch Nerd is based in Los Angeles, California.  Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service.

In-Stock Items are shipped within 2 days after payment has been received and confirmed.  
  • Shipping is via the U.S. Postal Service with Priority Mail, tracking is provided for most packages.
International Shipping
  • Shipping is through the U.S. Postal Service with Priority Mail International.
  • Shipping time per the U.S. Postal Service for international packages are estimated and vary depending on destination and your local postal service.  Shipping times posted by the U.S. Postal Service are not guaranteed.
  • International customers may contact me for a shipping quote before purchasing.  
  • Buyer assumes all risks if a package is lost, damaged, stolen, etc. 
  • In addition, international buyers are responsible for any and all duties, tariffs, VAT fees, and/or customs charges that may be incurred when an item is shipped to a country outside the United States.
  • Stitch Nerd is unable to mark international packages as "gifts" because it's illegal.  Items will be marked "merchandise" or "other" and the value will be the amount paid for the item/items minus shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
  • Please review my shop policies, item description and photographs carefully. 
  • If you are completely unhappy with your order, please contact me.  I want you to LOVE your Stitch Nerd items!

At Stitch Nerd Custom Shop, we only collect information that you voluntarily provide to us. Examples of the personal information that we may request include your full name, e-mail address and mailing address. We may request information from you when you (1) place an order with us, (2) e-mail us, (3) provide feedback or pictures of your pressing hams, (4) want to track an order you have placed with us, or (5) subscribe to a newsletter or mailing list.

Just like store bought pressing aids, this product may contain material known to the State of California to cause health problems or harm.  This product contains a by-product of wood: sawdust, wood dust.
